About Laurie DeVault
Laurie DeVault is a contemporary abstract painter and photographer and a California native who is currently residing in New England until she can figure out where to go next (especially in the winter). A mostly-retired teacher, Laurie has many interests which tempt her away from her art studio, including traveling, kayaking, hiking, cooking, dancing, camping, and gazing at the sky. She has been a portrait photographer and is the creator of the popular "Backyard Buddha" calendar, from which print, cards, and other products are now available from FineArtAmerica and Pixels.com. Please visit her Facebook Fine Art page, http://www.facebook.com/lauriedevaultfineart for updates and events. Laurie sends out at least four newsletters a year, and you may subscribe to it through her art website at lauridevault.com. More of Laurie's photographs can be seen on her photography website, www.alovingeyephotography.com Her work has been sold in galleries from coast to coast, including Provincetown, Santa Fe, Saratoga Springs, and northern California. Reproductions of most (not all, as some galleries request that she not allow reproduction of the paintings they carry) of her work can be purchased at Fine Art America or on pixels.com, and a variety of products, including coffee mugs featuring her art, can be ordered at pixels.com. If you don't see what you want, just ask! A complete portfolio of Laurie's paintings can be seen on her official website (www.lauriedevault.com), and you may inquire about pricing by contacting her directly. LAURIE'S TIPS FOR ORDERING CERTAIN PRODUCTS: You can change the image size on the greeting cards, mugs, pillows, and other items. This will ensure that the entire painting is visible. You should be able to change the background color as well. As far as the throw pillows, I recommend the polyester as it's softer. Not all products are available for ordering, as I only want certain types of merchandise to feature my work.
